Booking Terms and Conditions

• For touring pitches, a 20% deposit is payable on booking
• If you cancel your touring booking less than 2 weeks from your arrival date the deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel your booking more than 2 weeks before your arrival date your deposit is non-refundable.
• For glamping bookings, a 20% deposit is payable on booking
• If you cancel your glamping booking less than 2 weeks from your arrival date, your deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel your glamping pitch more than 2 weeks from your arrival date the deposit will be refunded
• The balance is due on arrival. We accept Visa and MasterCard cards and cash
• Alternatively, the balance may be settled at the time of booking or any time prior to arrival
• If the balance has been paid in full prior to arrival and you cancel your booking, you will be refunded minus the deposit
• Maximum of 8 people per pitch
• We do not permit unaccompanied under 18s
• We do not permit large groups, unless by prior arrangement
• By booking you agree to abide by our rules
