This was our first time staying in Norfolk, and we couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. BlackBerry barn was absolutely perfect. It gave us so much space, and everything you needed was already there waiting. Being on a farm was just the icing on the cake, all of us thoroughly enjoyed waking up and looking out to the sheep every morning. And every member of staff that we met, would greet you like an old friend.Our stay here was just perfect, and it did us the world of good - we even got amazing weather!We would love to back one day , thank you for making it a holiday to remember.- E
Just had a week here with my daughter and grandchildren in a tent, on Woodfield.Large site spread over 4 different fields.No allocation of pitches, just choose which field you want when booking and just pitch up where you want to be on arrival.Good flat fields with no marked out pitches so plenty of spacewhich was great as we had a very large tent.Beautiful woodlands and forest directly from Woodfield with plenty of walking.Decent shower/toilet block with free flowing water in the showers which was far better than the push button timed set ups you sometimes get. Got a bit messy sometimes but it was very busy l.Maybe more frequent cleans at the weekends needed to keep up the cleanliness.We did find that although the fields have different quiet times, (Woodfield was after 10pm), there were people that didn't respect that rule and carried on very loud chatter, (certainly not camp voices), and this didn't seem to be monitered.On 3 days I called in to mention it at reception and was told a warden patrolled until 11 every night.We didn't see this in action.I rang the number for the warden one night to report screaming and shouting and foul language, only to find the wardens line was only open until 6pm.We did have a lovely week here and we had everything we needed, except perhaps the quiet time after 10pm which should be enforced if that's what is advertised.- Helen D
I stayed here for 3 nights with 2 of my grown up children and 2 grandchildren (ages 4 and 1) plus our 2 dogs. We had a great time. There is plenty of space to camp, a great playpark for the children, an easy going vibe and very friendly, helpful staff on hand to deal with any issues or queries. Other bonuses were the toilets/showers, there are plenty of them and they are clean and well maintained. We also loved the Currylicious van as a treat for our evening meal one night and my grandchildren loved the well kept animals. Our 4 year old had a great time feeding the chickens with Mike (staff member) in the morning. Fantastic value for money. Highly recommend ***** Thank you Breck Farm, we will be back! - Kate R
